Founder and Director of the Sardinia Dental Teaching Center (SDTC), Cagliari (since 2012) — an immersive hands-on learning facility within his own clinical operatory, offering intensive small-group courses in restorative and biomimetic dentistry to clinicians from around the world. Co-Founder of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry (ABD). Creator of the SRDC (Stress-Reducing Direct Composite) protocol — an original technique for the direct composite restoration of severely compromised teeth that minimizes polymerization shrinkage stress while achieving maximum structural reinforcement.

 

Graduated from the University of Cagliari Faculty of Dentistry (1998). Completed an Esthetic Dentistry Fellowship at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, USA (2000). Author of several peer-reviewed publications in restorative and esthetic dentistry since 2002. Reviewer for the Operative Dentistry Journal (ODJ), Journal of Esthetic & Restorative Dentistry (JERD), and Practical Procedures & Aesthetic Dentistry (PPAD). National and international lecturer, providing continuing education courses in Europe and the USA for over 20 years.
