Research program at the intersection of periodontology, sleep medicine, and orofacial pain — covering sleep bruxism, obstructive sleep apnea, periodontal disease as a systemic risk factor, and the bidirectional relationships between sleep-disordered breathing and oral conditions. PhD research at the Université de Montréal (under Prof. Gilles Lavigne) on the role of REM sleep in the genesis of sleep bruxism and the interaction between headaches and bruxism in adolescents. Author of multiple indexed scientific publications in Sleep, Sleep Medicine, Journal of Dental Research, and other international journals.

 

International speaker and educator on sleep bruxism, periodontal medicine, and evidence-based occlusal therapeutics.
