Research Associate, ETEP (Etiology and Therapy of Periodontal and Peri-implant Diseases) Research Group, Faculty of Odontology, Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) — a leading EFP-recognized research group of 30+ scientists directed by Prof. Mariano Sanz, dedicated to the study of periodontal and peri-implant microbiology, host-bacterial interactions, and therapeutic interventions. Collaborating Professor, Postgraduate Master's Program in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, UCM.

 

Research contributions in the ETEP framework include clinical studies on the effects of periodontal therapy on systemic and local inflammatory markers, microbiological studies on periodontal pathogens, and participation in EU Horizon-funded consortia on periodontal-systemic disease interactions. Published in peer-reviewed periodontal and implantology journals. International lecturer on periodontology, periodontal surgery, and implant-supported reconstruction.
