Posiblemente sea la fase del tratamiento más infravalorada de la endodoncia, pero que explica cómo pueden ocurrir fracasos en tratamientos radiográficamente correctos. Te enseñaremos a elegir los sistemas de irrigación así como irrigantes más adecuados para una limpieza tridimensional de forma segura y con bajo riesgo de accidentes. Recordemos que no podremos obturar bien lo que no se ha limpiado bien.
