A world-renowned pioneer in interceptive orthodontics and the craniofacial-airway link — having presented over 4,000 lectures on orthodontic topics in more than 120 countries. PhD research on malocclusion and airway: the impact of mouth breathing on craniofacial growth, the relationship between constricted maxillary arch forms and nasal breathing problems, and which skeletal patterns carry the highest incidence of airway compromise. Clinical philosophy: facial-profile-first diagnosis; non-extraction, full-face orthodontics; combined fixed and functional appliance therapy for skeletal correction in the mixed dentition; integration of dentofacial orthopaedics, sleep-disordered breathing management, and TMJ health into routine orthodontic treatment planning. Managing over 3,000 active orthodontic patients with an average of 250 appointments per week.
