Clinical practice covers orthodontic treatment across all age groups combined with functional diagnostics of bruxism and sleep-related orofacial disorders. Research activity focuses on the etiology, pathophysiology, assessment, and evidence-based management of sleep bruxism and awake bruxism, with an emphasis on instrumental and non-instrumental diagnostic tools. Co-author of international peer-reviewed publications on awake bruxism assessment and sleep bruxism in patients with sleep disorders, including collaborative work within the INfORM (International Network for Orofacial Pain and Related Disorders Methodology) network under Prof. Daniele Manfredini.
