– Preparation of the post prior to cementation to improve the bonding strength: sandblasting and silanizing procedures
– The selection of materials for post cementation:
- self-adhesive resin cement
- chemical cured total etch resin cement.
– The bond strength and durability of fiber posts: evidence-based
– The application of the cement inside the root canal
– The removal of excessive cement, gutta-percha, sodium hypochlorite and EDTA from the canal
