- Кариозный процесс как бактериальное заболевание и многие факторы, влияющие на дисбаланс микробиома полости рта.
- Патологические и защитные факторы, связанные с возникновением, прогрессированием и профилактикой кариеса.
- Принципы клинического вмешательства в кариозный процесс и их применения на практике.
- Оценка риска развития кариеса для детей и лечение кариеса на основе уровня риска.
В этом вебинаре будет представлена самая свежая информация о научном обосновании и принципах оценки риска развития кариеса и его лечении, которые помогут практикующему врачу оказывать наилучшую помощь детям. Здесь будет обобщена вся наука, лежащая в основе этой концепции «баланса кариеса», которая является ключом к лечению кариеса на основе оценки риска его возникновения. Если превалируют патологические факторы, то кариес прогрессирует. Если превалируют защитные факторы, то кариозный процесс приостанавливается. Будут также описаны инструменты, применяемые в стоматологической практике для лечения кариеса на основе оценки рисков. Внедрение этих инструментов даёт пациентам реальную надежду и позволяет успешно восстановить здоровье полости рта. Это основа для развития дальнейшей практики.
