Применение современных методов и научного подхода для решения критических проблем, связанных со сложным анатомическим строением при лечении апикального периодонтита.
Использование микроскопа, КЛКТ, современных инструментов и методов ирригации позволяет стоматологу справляться со сложными случаями.
При удалении органической ткани и устранении микробиологического обсеменения возрастает возможность полноценного заживления и долгосрочного успеха.
Будут рассмотрены материалы и устройства, а также клинические решения о том, когда и как проводить перелечивание и периапикальную микрохирургию.
1. Динамическая презентация, посвященная общим проблемам, возникающим при лечении корневых каналов, а также их клиническим решениям.
2. Участникам будут продемонстрированы значимые исследования и публикации до 2019 года, имеющие клиническую значимость для улучшения клинических навыков и методов.
3. Во время лекции будут продемонстрированы и использованы приемы, подходящие для обучения как студентов, так и выпускников.
4. Участникам будет продемонстрировано большое количество клинических случаев (обширные периапикальные разряжения костной ткани, эндо-перио поражения, травмы, хирургическое лечение) с долгосрочными результатами лечения.

Specialist in endodontics with practice limited to complex endodontic cases, retreatments, and endodontic microsurgery. Professor of Endodontics at the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, Mexico. Visiting Professor at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts. Maintains private endodontic practice in Tlaxcala, Mexico.
Over 30 years of specialized clinical and academic experience in nonsurgical and surgical endodontics. Research focuses on irrigation protocols, root canal disinfection, retreatment of endodontic failures, and orofacial pain management. Expert in microscope-enhanced endodontics and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) applications for complex case diagnosis.
Scientific Advisory Board Member for the Journal of Endodontics (American Association of Endodontists), International Endodontic Journal (European Society of Endodontology), and Giornale Italiano di Endodonzia. Former President of the Mexican Association of Endodontists. Recipient of the Samuel Seltzer Award for excellence in endodontic research from the journal Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology and Endodontology (2005). International lecturer with over 500 presentations in 38 countries including at the European Society of Endodontology Congress and American Association of Endodontists Annual Meeting. Author of 84 peer-reviewed publications in leading endodontic journals. Contributing author to "Irrigation in Endodontics" (2015), "Atlas of Endodontic Surgery" (2017), and "Endodoncia" (2011).
DDS from National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Mexico City (1989). Certificate in Endodontics from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts (1993). Postgraduate training in endodontic microsurgery from University of Pennsylvania (2016) and orofacial pain from University of Louisiana (2018).
