Owner and Prosthodontist at a private practice in Lexington, Massachusetts (since 1987), focused on comprehensive prosthodontic rehabilitation, implant prosthodontics, and temporomandibular disorder (TMD) treatment using computerized occlusal analysis. Former Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Department of Restorative Dentistry (1985-1998), teaching fixed and removable prosthodontics.

 

Over 42 years of clinical experience in prosthodontics with specialization in digital occlusion and TMD management. Global leading expert on the T-Scan Digital Occlusal Analysis System, conducting original research since 1990 on the role of occlusion and disclusion time in chronic myofascial pain dysfunction syndrome. Pioneer and academic advocate for digital measured occlusion, demonstrating that computerized occlusal analysis provides superior accuracy compared to traditional articulating paper methods. Developer of Immediate Complete Anterior Guidance Development (ICAGD) and Disclusion Time Reduction therapy protocols for TMD treatment.

 

Author of over 100 peer-reviewed publications in journals including Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Journal of Craniomandibular and Sleep Practice, Quintessence International, Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry, Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry, and International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants. His research has been cited over 4,500 times, establishing him as the foremost authority on computerized occlusal analysis. Editor of nine research volumes documenting applications of T-Scan technology across all dental specialties.
