En este curso recibirá una metodología completa de osteodensificación: instrumentos, comparación con osteótomos y expansores, manejo de la membrana de Shneider como técnica de elevación de seno paso a paso para alturas inferiores a 6 mm y elevación de seno de cresta de 2 mm, colocación simultánea de implantes.
También aprenderá la técnica del socket shield: revisar casos de carga instantánea, escudo alveolar simultáneo y apicectomía, aprender a mejorar la encía queratinizada y tratar raíces sumergidas e implantes transdentales.
Salvo que revisarás casos complejos de expansión ósea guiada con oseodensificación.
