Orthodontist and Emeritus Professor at the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala — the oldest and largest university in Central America — where he has served as a faculty pillar of undergraduate and postgraduate orthodontic education for decades.

Over 30 years of clinical practice and teaching in orthodontics, with specialization in the MBT orthodontic philosophy and the Trevisi System mechanics. Collaborating professor within the international MBT/Trevisi System faculty group in Brazil. Author of 18 peer-reviewed articles in dentistry and orthodontic journals; author of the textbook Biomecánica Simple y Efectiva en Ortodoncia (published by Amolca, 2016) — a Spanish-language clinical reference on streamlined biomechanical orthodontic protocols.

National and international lecturer with more than 100 courses, conferences, and postgraduate diplomado programs delivered across Latin America on MBT philosophy and biomechanical orthodontics.
