Orthodontist in private practice in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Founder and Chief Medical Officer of OrthoconPlus — an orthodontic clinic and educational center based in Kharkiv. Consultant on the development of orthodontic business models and private practice management.

Over 35 years of clinical experience in orthodontics, covering diagnostics, treatment of children and adults, dentofacial anomalies, and TMJ dysfunction including pain management and splint therapy. Laboratory practice includes direct bracket positioning and transfer tray fabrication for both labial and lingual systems, and Damon retainer fabrication. Pioneer of three advanced systems in Ukraine: the first practitioner to introduce the Damon System (2003), lingual orthodontic appliances (2005), and the INSIGNIA customized bracket system (2012) in the country.

Founder and Director of the Ortokon Educational Center (since 2004). Ormco certified lecturer since 2010. Speaker on the Damon System, lingual techniques (Kurts, STb, Alias), INSIGNIA technology, aesthetic orthodontics, temporary anchorage devices, and orthodontic practice management. Postgraduate training completed in the USA, UK, Germany, Japan, and South Korea.
