Restorative dentist and educator. Owner and Chief Physician, Clinica Lazar, Oradea, Romania (since June 2016). Founder and Director, Lazar Learning — a private postgraduate dental education center in Oradea (since 2016), delivering modular training programs in three structured directions: SHAPE (anterior and posterior composite restorations, anterior prosthodontics, preparation techniques), STRUCTURE (tooth preparation, crowns, veneers, onlays), and FOCUS (dental photography and communication). Each program is delivered with limited class sizes of 12 at the clinic's own operatory.

Former Teaching Assistant, Department of Restorative Dentistry, Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Faculty of Dentistry, Cluj-Napoca (2007–2009). Private practitioner in Oradea continuously since 2005 — first at Dental Art and other practices, then at Clinica Lazar (2016–present). Co-founder, Romanian Dental Photography Association.
