With Yoshi Terauchi, you will expand your expertise in endodontics, where even the most complex clinical cases are transformed into structured, predictable protocols, and clinical confidence becomes an integral part of your daily practice.
This advanced seminar by Yoshi Terauchi offers a comprehensive and systematic approach to complex endodontic treatment, including the management and shaping of C-shaped root canals, bypassing ledges, and the retrieval of separated visible and invisible instruments from curved canals, as well as instrument fractures located in the apical third of the root.
During the seminar, you will learn:
– Diagnosis and treatment planning for endodontic retreatment cases
– Management of complex root canal anatomies, including C-shaped and severely curved canals
– Contemporary approaches to the treatment of cracked teeth
– Regenerative endodontic treatment protocols
– Prevention and management of ledges, including predictable and efficient bypass techniques
– Modern concepts for predictable and minimally invasive retrieval of visible and invisible instrument fragments
– Contemporary treatment strategies for endo-perio lesions.
This is more than just a seminar — it’s the result of many years of clinical experience transformed into clear protocols and delivered directly from the lecturer to your everyday clinical practice.

Clinical and scientific work focuses on complex nonsurgical endodontic retreatment, retrieval of separated instruments, ledge management, minimally invasive techniques, and MTA applications. Dr. Terauchi developed the Terauchi File Retrieval Kit (TFRK), which includes the Yoshi Loop and dedicated ultrasonic tips designed to retrieve instrument fragments from narrow and curved root canals while limiting dentin removal.
Earned a DDS in 1993, completed an endodontic residency in 1995, and received a PhD in 2007 from Tokyo Medical and Dental University. Part-time lecturer at the Institute of Science Tokyo, adjunct clinical assistant professor of Endodontics at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, and adjunct professor at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul.
Founder and director of Dental Arts Academy and an international lecturer on modern endodontics. Author and co-author of peer-reviewed publications on endodontic retreatment, instrument retrieval, and MTA applications. Author and co-author of chapters in several endodontic textbooks, including the 11th and 12th editions of Pathways of the Pulp, the sixth edition of Endodontics: Principles and Practice, and Management of Fractured Instruments.
