Este programa de formación, totalmente práctico y con orientación clínica, está dirigido a ortodoncistas y a profesionales clínicos interdisciplinarios que buscan perfeccionar sus habilidades en el tratamiento de casos complejos en adultos.
El curso aborda desde los fundamentos biomecánicos y la evolución del MARPE, hasta la selección personalizada del diseño y planificación digital avanzada mediante software especializado.
Día 1: Teoría
– Teoría del MARPE: evolución, indicaciones y fundamentos biomecánicos
– Diagnóstico transversal: análisis cefalométrico, modelos 3D, CBCT
– Selección del diseño y planificación del MARPE en software
– Casos clínicos: diagnóstico diferencial y resultados esperabl
Día 2: Práctica
– Colocación del MARPE: protocolos quirúrgicos
– Taller clínico: simulación de inserción y activación en modelos.
Los asistentes adquirirán competencias avanzadas en diagnóstico tridimensional, planificación digital de tratamientos y ejecución práctica de protocolos quirúrgicos y clínicos, mejorando la precisión y seguridad en el tratamiento ortodóntico con MARPE.
IMPORTANTE: el número Mínimo de participantes es de 3 personas, el máximo es de 32 personas. Las comidas NO están incluidas en el precio.

Día 1 – Fundamentos y diagnóstico

09:30 – 11:00 | Teoría del MARPE: evolución, indicaciones y fundamentos biomecánicos
11:00 – 11:30 | Coffee break
11:30 – 13:30 | Diagnóstico transversal: análisis cefalométrico, modelos 3D, CBCT
13:30 – 15:00 | Almuerzo
15:00 – 17:00 | Selección del diseño y planificación del MARPE en software
17:00 – 18:00 | Casos clínicos: diagnóstico diferencial y resultados esperables.
Día 2 – Protocolo clínico y manejo de casos
09:00 – 10:30 | Colocación del MARPE: protocolos quirúrgicos
10:30 – 11:30 | Taller clínico: simulación de inserción y activación en modelos
11:30 – 12:00 | Coffee break
12:00 – 13:30 | Complicaciones, manejo interdisciplinario y fases post-expansión.
