5 модулей – 5 мощнейших практических курсов, которые будут посвящены:


– Большому и малому функциональному анализу
– Составлению плана лечения ортопедического пациента совместно с ортодонтом
– Отработке проведения кондилографического исследования
– Самостоятельному анализу результатов КЛКТ и МРТ челюстно-лицевой области
– Анализу цефалометрических трассировок прямой и боковой телерентгенограммы ТРГ по Рудольфу Славичеку
– Самостоятельному изготовлению сплинтов
– Моделированию физиологической окклюзии в программе Экзокад.


 

Лекторами курса являются стоматолог-ортопед-гнатолог, ортодонт, остеопат, врач-невролог, врач-рентгенолог, зубной техник. 

 

ВАЖНО: обучение будет проходить в Клинике функциональной стоматологии доктора Кочкарова
(Мичуринский пр., 11, корп. 2, Москва).

Видеосъемка во время курса запрещена. За нарушение данного условия организаторы имеют право удалить участника из аудитории.

– Введение в функциональную стоматологию
– Структура ВНЧС
– Методы работы в окклюзионном концепте и что для этого необходимо
– Большой и малый функциональный анализ. 

 


Модуль 2, 27-29 сентября (пт-вс) 

 

– Клинический и функциональный анализ
– Малый функциональный анализ
– Изготовление и анализ контрольно-диагностических моделей
– Составление плана лечения ортопедического пациента совместно с ортодонтом
– Пошаговый алгоритм диагностики пациента перед изготовлением сплинта. 

 


Модуль 3, 21-23 октября (пн-ср)

 

– Особенности проведения кондилографического исследования
– Практическая работа на кондилографе
– Разбор и интерпретация полученных данных.

 


Модуль, 4, 22-24 ноября (пт-вс) 

 

– Основы анализа изображений компьютерной томографии в исследовании ВНЧС
– Самостоятельная работа с клиническими случаями
– МРТ ВНЧС
– Анализ цефалометрических трассировок прямой и боковой телерентгенограммы ТРГ по Рудольфу Славичеку (Рикетцу)
– Ознакомление с вариатором. Использование прибора для определения «терапевтического» положения нижней челюсти
– Сплинт-терапия.
Методы изготовления сплинтов: использование материала Luxatemp. Алгоритм пришлифовки. Самостоятельное изготовление сплинта
– Кинезиология в комплексной диагностике и лечении пациентов с дисфункциями ВНЧС. 

 


Модуль 5, 20-22 декабря (пт-вс) 

 

– Орофациальная боль с точки зрения невролога
– Остеопатия и стоматология
– Постановка диагноза на основании полученных данных междисциплинарного врачебного обследования, составление индивидуального, комплексного плана лечения с привлечением врачей смежных специальностей. Эстетическое планирование
– Особенности работы, моделирование физиологической окклюзии в программе Экзокад.

Doctor of Osteopathy, Manual Therapist, and Sports Medicine Physician. Founder and Director of the Rehabilitation Center "Dynamica" (Динамика), Moscow, Russia. Expert in interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis and rehabilitation of temporomandibular joint dysfunction and craniofacial pain disorders. Sports rehabilitation specialist focusing on musculoskeletal system recovery for professional and amateur athletes.

 

Over 15 years of experience in osteopathy, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation with specialized focus on TMJ dysfunction and collaboration with dental professionals. Expert in interdisciplinary management of TMD patients, kinesiology applications in TMJ diagnosis and treatment, osteopathic evaluation of craniofacial structures, postural relationships to occlusal dysfunction, and manual therapy protocols for orofacial pain.
