Advanced Smile Design for сomplicated cases. Porcelain laminate veneers

Aesthetic dentistry is mainly based on both technical and emotional aspects. It iS an art form. As we keep on improving what ever we are performing today, we should always be in search of realizing the weak parts, missing links, how to improve them and move things forward. As we are at the era of converting from analog to digital horizons we need to know the limits, clinically relevant workflows for our everyday dentistry. One should start thinking of some other dimensions like incorporating the visual language in to new smile designs. Or advancing the existing cad cam approaches, carrying them in to the next level. In this lecture the focus will be on what we learned from the past, where we are at the moment and what new techniques and opportunities we will be expecting from the near future, based on utilizing more precise techniques, technologies and improving the current smile design approaches including the personalization of the smile.

Learning objectives:

– Transitioning from analog to digital in prosthodontics

– Modern materials and technologies in prosthodontics

– New smile design: latest considerations

– Smile design in complex cases

– Personalization of the smile.
