ARC 018 Upper NiTi Dimpled Ovoid (10u)

The Dimpled thermoactivated Copper Niti arches, like the Copper NiTi, are especially recommended to use with 360 Self-Ligating brackets and are compatible with the Damon system. Their notch in the midline of the arch allows greater sliding. This alloy includes copper makes the arc react to heat. It is activated by the patient body temperature. Once placed, the arch gradually recovers its original shape and will remain constantly active with lighter forces than a normal NiTi, this increases the patient comfort. In general, heat-activated arches are extremely useful as initial wires in orthodontic treatment, due to their ease of placement in arches with severely misaligned teeth.
