Event Recap: Giovanni Zucchelli's Seminar and Hands-On Practice in Bologna

From May 13-16 in Bologna, Giovanni Zucchelli led a seminar and workshop titled "Reconstructive Periodontal and Soft Tissue Plastic Surgery in the Aesthetic Zone."

Over three days at the ZUCCHELLI Institute, 114 doctors gained professional insights into both theory and practice under the guidance of the renowned Italian expert in implantology and periodontology.

The first two days focused on theory, where participants delved into protocols for treating recessions and learned Zucchelli's techniques in mucogingival surgery. This educational journey continued with a live demonstration of surgery on a patient, streamed from the institute's operating room.

Of course, hands-on practice was essential. On the third training day, participants worked in smaller groups to refine their hands-on skills using pig jaws.
