Master Dental Technician and international lecturer in dental technology. Private dental laboratory owner, Bielefeld, Germany (since 1989). Training as dental technician, Hamburg (1979–1983). Practical engineer qualification, Hamburg (1988 — also the year he established his training institute). Master degree examination, Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia (22 April 1992). Worked in commercial dental laboratories in Bielefeld (1985–1988) before establishing his own independent laboratory.
Editor for QZ — Quintessenz der Zahntechnik (Quintessence of Dental Technology), one of Germany's leading dental technology journals. Advisory and consulting activities in dental laboratory practice and technology.
