В течение ограниченного времени в этой лекции будет изложено современное состояние знаний про бруксизм, взаимосвязь с дисфункциями ВНЧС и парафункциями у детей и подростков.
Среди прочего, будет обсуждаться следующее:
– Наиболее распространенные расстройства ВНЧС, которые встречаются у детей и подростков.
– Распространенность, возможная этиология и диагностика бруксизма у детей и подростков.
– Возможная связь между бруксизмом и дисфункциями ВНЧС у детей
– Предлагаемые варианты лечения для облегчения состояния при бруксизме и боли в области ВНЧС:
– Медикаментозное лечение
– Психологическое сопровождение
– Физиотерапия
– Окклюзионные шины и другие аппараты
– Ортодонтия.
Каждый метод лечения будет обсуждаться на основе имеющихся фактических данных и моего клинического опыта.
– Наиболее распространенные парафункциональные активности у детей и подростков Базовая этиология парафункций.
Возможные пагубные последствия и связь с ВНЧС.
– Несколько видов поведения во сне, которые могут служить факторами риска бруксизма.
