Когда пустышка становится вредной?
✔ До 6-12 месяцев – пустышка не вредит, если использовать её правильно.
✔ После 1 года – важно начинать постепенно отучать.
✔ После 2 лет – пустышку уже нужно убирать.
✔ После 3 лет – может возникнуть нарушение прикуса, речи и повышенная тревожность.
Как отучить ребёнка от пустышки без стресса?
- Ограничивайте использование (только перед сном).
- Постепенно сокращайте время сосания.
- Заменяйте пустышку тактильным контактом (объятия, массаж, мягкие игрушки).
- Вводите жевательные навыки (морковка, яблоки, сушки).
- Используйте игровые методики (например, «пустышка устала и хочет спать»).
- Избегайте наказаний и запугивания – это только закрепит привычку.
- Если привычка остаётся после 3 лет, обратитесь к логопеду или стоматологу.
