Los movimientos que realiza la mandíbula son múltiples, incluye los siguientes: movimientos de apertura, cierre, lateralidad, protrusión y retrusión. Estos movimientos se llevan a cabo mediante unos movimientos de rotación y traslación que realizan una trayectoria a través del cóndilo mandibular, los dientes incisivos, guía condílea y guía incisiva respectivamente, con un previo descenso mandibular.
Los resultados que nos aporta la evidencia clínica y los diferentes análisis diagnósticos darán en sumatoria el resultado de un buen diagnóstico. El día de hoy se discutirá como interpretar estos elementos de la clínica para la interpretación del diagnóstico.
