La individualización de los arcos en ortodoncia es de suma importancia. No podemos colocar la misma forma de arcos y tamaño a todos los pacientes; la forma de arcos que se utiliza debe ser coincidente con la forma y biotipo facial del paciente. En la técnica MBT tenemos 3 formas de arcos básicos que son el ovoide, el cuadrado y triangular, en base a estas 3 formas básicas empezaremos a trabajar, luego de esto trabajaremos con la individualización de arcos.
