Meet Angela, a Registered Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myologist in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and the owner of Central Virginia OMT.
She provides myofunctional therapy to children and adults and has lectured on myofunctional therapy and sleep-disordered breathing at the Kois Center, PAANNY, and the European Society for Cosmetic Dentistry.
Angela has introduced airway health and orofacial myofunctional disorders to dental hygiene students nationwide. She co-created the SWALLOWS myofunctional risk assessment tool for sleep-related breathing disorders with Dr. Steve Lamberg. Angela's personal experience with airway dysfunction drives her mission to help individuals and families achieve better health.
