Inventor holding EU/USA patents for the "SUS²/Sabbagh Universal Spring" (1996) and "Aqua Splint®" (2002) for TMD treatment. International lecturer since 1991, having delivered over 750 seminars and lectures worldwide on TMD management (AquaSplint concept), non-compliance orthodontics, and adult orthodontic troubleshooting. Lecturer at European Academy of Dental Education in Nuremberg and consultant for Forestadent, Dentaurum, 3M Unitek, and Teledenta. Member of Editorial Board of Quintessence Publishing and Scientific Board of IOS and AEO in Prague. Awarded Top Orthodontist by Focus Magazine, Germany (2018).
