Over 28 years of clinical experience since specialization at Boston University. Expert in innovative vertical tooth preparation techniques, periodontal-prosthetic relationships in tooth preparation, ceramic and composite veneer fabrication, full-mouth aesthetic rehabilitation, and implant-supported prosthetics. Creator of the Vertical Concept, a paradigm-shifting approach to tooth preparation utilizing vertical finishing line geometry that optimizes periodontal support and tissue response while maintaining biological principles. Known for innovative thinking "out of the box" in modern prosthetic dentistry challenging traditional horizontal preparation designs.
