Lesson 1.Aesthetic rehabilitation after dental trauma. Part 1

1. Crown fracture:
– The technique of successful shallow pulpotomy and bonding the fractured fragment to the original tooth with composite are discussed minutely;

2. Crown-root fracture:
– Orthodontic extrusion versus surgical extrusion;

3. Root fracture:
– Treatment planning and healing modalities in root fracture,
– The wound healing,
– The efficacy of diagnosis using CBCT;

4.Subluxation:
– Pulp healing during puberty,
– Bleaching technique of discolored crowns of endodontically treated teeth;

5. Lateral luxation:
– The importance of on-site diagnosis and repositioning is discussed;

6. Intrusion:
– Treatment planning of intrusive luxation will be discussed according to the IADT guideline,
– The differentiation between intrusive luxation and lateral luxation;

7. Avulsion:
– Immediate replantation and delayed,
– `Decoronation`,
– Implantation;

8. Autotransplantation of teeth.
