The main question of the online course: HOW TO MAKE YOUR ANTERIOR AND POSTERIOR DIRECT RESTORATIONS THE MOST DURABLE AND FUNCTIONAL. All reports will highlight this issue!— 2
We will speak about occlusion of the future restorations with its methods of modelling, adhesion and post-endo rehabilitation. The mechanism of occlusion-driven stress-reduced direct composite (SRDC) and the mock up element will be also explained along with the question of a more reasonable preparation in a direct restoration.All reports will be helpful in creation of functional and durable direct restorations

Composite resin are the dentists materials for daily use, thanks to the material evolution and the proposed techniques in the last years it can be considered a definitive restoration material.
What does definitive means?
A solution that reinforces the tooth and integrates aesthetically, with the possibility of being repaired in time, modified and corrected, accompanying our patient’s life.
Adhesion to enamel is a certainty: and that is why a proper planification of the case, maintaining the available enamel, puts the composite as a first choice material in any shape modification of natural teeth, diastema closure and small additions to optimize the smile of our patient.
In the case of complex restorations as a single or multiple teeth fracture, is it possible to cover the buccal surface of the tooth? Which is the best possible solution to adopt? Do we always need a mock up? And how to make it simply and efficient?
Ceramic veneers are replacing the use of crowns: сan the composite restorations be a valid and permanent solution to ceramics?
The modern dentist has the need of simplifying and speed up its own work: and at the same time answering to the demands of a patient that wants the certainty of its aesthetic restorations in a rapid way.
The lecturer will discuss how to use the modern composite materials in few layers to cover up, when needed, all the tooth or part of it with solutions done directly, semi-directly and indirectly,with and without mock up, indicating advantages, disadvantages, work time, costs and longevity of the restorations by follow-ups.
Many follow up after years in the mouth will be shown.
Styleitaliano Camouflage: a new term to have clinical success in restorative dentistry in anterior teeth.

In dentistry, research, development of new materials and new technologies tend unanimously to prevention and early treatment of dental diseases.
In this context is taking space the concept of dentistry «minimally invasive», a discipline that has its peculiarities in respect of the healthy tooth tissue and its priority in the treatment of primary and secondary lesions at the very early stage.Treatment has to be profitable for the dentist and durable for the patient.
Careful diagnostic investigation, the correct assessment of the risk/biological benefits and not least the conservative and highly specific removal of decayed tissue, preliminary steps are really important for the achievement of the results.To achieve good and stable results we need to get the best out of new materials, build new protocols based on literature and clinical expertise.
Simplifying our daily dentistry is possible and can be easy.We will talk about a lot of posterior tips and tricks, starting from the management of small cavities up to the limit between direct and indirect restoration, passing through the deep margin elevation.
Restorative is the branch of dentistry that occupies most of our time and time of our patients in our office.
It talks about us and our professionalism, speaks of our passion for our work and the quality we can offer to patients, for this reason it is and will be a very important part of our work in the future for us and to better take care of our patients.
Program:
• Diagnosis based on Active care protocol;
• Minimal invasive restorations;
• Bulk materials One new opportunity;
• Class 1 and 2, the ultimate Styleitaliano tips and tricks;
• Deep margin elevation;
• Essential lines.
What you will learn:
The 3 hours we will spend together will be for me a great opportunity to share many tips and tricks in posterior direct restorations, many ‘' style answers ‘' about our daily clinical problems.
The target will be to give you the informations to manage the new materials and to reach an aesthetic and functional restoration in a simple and fast way.
We will talk about a new way to model the occlusal surface all at the same time ! explaining all the step by step procedures

This lecture will introduce the stress-reduced direct composite (SRDC) protocol to predictably restore structurally compromised posterior teeth using a minimally invasive approach. The goal is to maximize the bond and reduce the stress to mimic the functional and optical characteristic of the natural dentition.
Introduction to the Deliperi Protocol: The cycle of tooth preservation vs «The tooth Cycle of death».
Bonding to dentin and enamel: what’s new and what it works? Adhesive systems review and selection, etch&rinse vs self-etching vs universal systems.
Guidelines for SRDC restorations (Deliperi et al, 2012):
• Analysis of the occlusion and opposing dentition;
• Cavity preparation and caries removal endpoints;
• Analysis of residual tooth structure;
• Preparation of the dental substrate to achieve a reliable bond to
enamel and dentin;
• Control of polymerization stresses by using appropriate layering and
curing techniques;
• Occlusal force equilibration.
MO, MOD and cusp replacing restorations via SRDC restorations:
• Clinical cases and videos from the Live Patient Demo courses at the
Sardinia Dental Teaching Center
The restoration of structurally compromised vital and devital posterior
Teeth via fiber-reinforced SRDC (Deliperi et al, 2017).
The Dentin Enamel Complex (DEC).
The biomimetic design of the restoration.
The «Wall-papering» protocol.
Management of occlusal stress in structurally compromised teeth: the occlusal surface design and the distribution of the load.
Clinical cases and videos from the Live Patient Demo courses at the Sardinia Dental Teaching Center.
The biomimetic full-mouth rehabilitation via SRDC.
How to predictably reestablish the vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO).
